Zettai Draconius

Age: Appears as 19, somewhere in the range of 1300.

Race: Ryūjin

Occupation: Rouge.

Physical Appearance: Zettai bares two forms, his true form and the assumed form. The assumed form is the one most commonly used and always around other Yokai or humans.

Assumed: Standing just over 6' 1'' tall, his build is surprisingly thin for the weight it bares, that being 170 lbs. His skin is a waxy yellowish-white, with sharp orange eyes nearly hidden behind a mess of grey-yellow hair that tangles and trails down his neck to the shoulder blades. Below his eyes his nose is flat and snake like, with twin slits therein in place of nostrils. The incisor teeth are slightly elongated and curve inward sharply, while the lesser teeth are likewise sharper and more angled then natural. He wears outfits of dark, murky green, generally with equally dark brown as high-lights or such.

True: Standing at a little over 9' 10'' tall, his form is extremely agile in water while slower to react on land. His waxy skin grows darker and gains murky green scales along the "outside" of the body(back of the hands and arms, neck, shoulders, sides of the thighs and legs, sides of the rib-cage and chest), while the humanoid features fade away into more serpentine looks. His hair extends down to the middle of his back and becomes more wild and separated into strands. His face grows something-akin to a fanged triangular muzzle with two thin and long yellowish whiskers extend out from just above his nose, and his mouth grows enough to fit a soccer ball in once fully opened. His limbs become longer and more agile with the fingers and toes melding together from five down to three, each ending in sharp yellow talons.

Personality: If Zettai was to be classified as a sin by others, Prideful is the one they would often choose. Not only does he view humans and mostly those who side with them as beneath him, but he holds little faith in authority of most kinds and the boundaries they limit the common folk with. If he believes some one has insulted him, he will go to literally any length to extract due justice, his own of course, against them. Nevertheless, he has a certain cool, calculating understanding and is willing to wait large lengths of time before taking his action against another.

Bio: Born in the seas around Japan long ago, Zettai spent most of his earlier years evading fishermen and the like as he observed the humans around him. For reasons even he did not understand he was both fascinated and jealous of them. His own race of Ryujin were dying out when he was born and within only a few hundred years only a handful were left, while the humans around were multiplying so easily and rapidly.

Eventually he encountered one of the other shapeshifting Yokai as he began spreading outward to other local areas around Japan and discovered he was capable of assuming a humanoid form, with effort.

For a long time thereafter Zettai spent his days learning how to sustain his transformation, all the while observing the humans around his dwelling, and his fascination became annoyance. Soon enough after he was at last able to maintain his humanoid form he came ashore and took to living as he saw, first as a peasant and then, when that life dis-interested him, moving onward to other lines. He has run into much trouble in his time among man and his personality has since been shaped by them.
